• About Steve Jubb

  Steve is the Founder of Who're Your Five? (WY5), a action research project with three schools and a youth development organization to help students personalize and take charge of their own education. The project uses familiar, free, web-based technologies to support young learners to form a team of mentors and to find and successfully pursue their dreams—for themselves, for their loved ones and for the world. Steve is also a partner in a social venture to develop RealDream Software™, an internet based platform to help anyone "form a team, find a dream and make it real." Recently retired after 11 years as the Executive Director of the Bay Area Coalition for Equitable schools, Steve is a nationally recognized and respected leader in education reform. Currently working as an education entrepreneur and consultant, Steve is a dynamic speaker and writer and speaks powerfully about what we need to do to help every young person find a purpose for their lives and create a community of support to make it real.
